Meeting with Lead beneficiaries and Final beneficiaries of on-going projects
On Thursday, 28 July 2016 from 10 am to 4 pm to the headquarters of the Regional Council of Abruzzo at Palazzo Silone (auditorium P. Gioia) in L’Aquila, Italy, the “Meeting with Lead beneficiaries and Final beneficiaries of on-going projects” organized by the Managing Authority of the 2007-2013 Adriatic IPA CBC Programme is held.
The event is of great relevance due to the attendance of about 60 beneficiaries from the eight countries participating in the IPA Adriatic CBC Programme – Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Greece, Italy, Montenegro, Slovenia – and to the theme of the technical meeting focusing on the verification of the results achieved by the on-going projects, with particular reference to administrative and financial reporting.
“We have embarked on an information pathway shared by the European Commission involving countries and partners of the Programme – outlined Ms Paola Di Salvatore, the Managing Authority of the 2007-2013 Adriatic IPA CBC Programme – on one hand, to strengthen knowledge on the procedures and methods for reporting the expenditures envisaged by the EU regulatory framework, also to prevent the risk of irregularities, and on the other, to maximize the efforts to pursue all objectives through the efficient use of the whole plafond assigned by Europe”.
“During the one-day meeting – continues Ms Paola Di Salvatore – the state of play of the projects will be analysed in consistency with the EUSAIR technical action plan, and the capacity of expenditure until the end of the Programme will be evaluated.”
